Overview
Watch for an email (or letter) that will notify you when your reward is ready to claim on the DIRECTV Reward Center. You should receive it within 6 weeks of service activation.
Your service(s) must be installed or activated before the reward process begins.
Please ensure you entered the correct account number & ZIP code associated with your service.
If you entered the claim number on your letter, please ensure you entered the correct number.
Your claim number is needed to locate your DIRECTV stream reward.
