Why I can't view my rewards?

  • Watch for an email (or letter) that will notify you when your reward is ready to claim on the DIRECTV Reward Center. You should receive it within 6 weeks of service activation.

  • Your service(s) must be installed or activated before the reward process begins.

  • Please ensure you entered the correct account number & ZIP code associated with your service.

  • If you entered the claim number on your letter, please ensure you entered the correct number.

Is your reward for a DIRECTV Stream Promotion?

  • Your claim number is needed to locate your DIRECTV stream reward.

  • Watch for an email (or letter) with the claim number. You should receive it within 6 weeks of service activation.
